Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, Gamer Supps accepts returns on unopened, sealed tubs and merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is unopened, the safety seal is intact, and you are within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our distribution center using the shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
